CHRISTMAS SHIPPING CUT-OFF DATES

Australia (Australia Post):

Australia Post Standard
To VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD: Order before 12pm AEST on Thursday December 18th.
To NT & WA: Order before 12pm AEST on Tuesday December 16th.

Australia Post Express
All states: Order before 12pm AEST on Sunday December 21st.

The dates provided below are for items being sent to/from metro locations. For items being sent outside a metro area, please allow additional time.

CURRENCY & GST

All prices listed on our website, and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and a charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Feathers Online uses Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. We recommend selecting an express post option to optimise delivery experience.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

If an item you have ordered is out of stock in our Online Warehouse, we will attempt to locate your item at one of our Boutiques, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available, allow a 2 - 4 day handling time.

Express Post deliveries are sent same day when all items are available at our Online Warehouse. If an item is being sourced from a local or interstate Boutique, your items will be express posted when available, allow potentially a 2-4 day handling time.

In the situation that a fast moving Style sells out before we are able to allocate stock to your order, we will notify you and organise a Credit, Exchange or Refund.

To guarantee the most efficient delivery we recommend you provide a secure delivery address i.e. an office where it will be able to be received between 9:00am - 5:00pm. We recommend you do NOT have parcels delivered to an unattended delivery address.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $10.00 via Australia Post Standard Shipping, and is expected to arrive within (approx.) 3-7 business days after dispatch. Enjoy free standard delivery when you spend $150.00 or more.

Express Shipping is available at checkout for $15.00 via Australia Post Express Shipping, and is expected to arrive within (approx.) 1-4 business days after dispatch. Enjoy free express delivery when you spend $500.00 or more.

The above options are based on MAX 3 kilogram parcel. If an order exceeds 3kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $30.00 via Australia Post, for packages up to 1kg.

Feathers are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
